Intended use
-
Rori is a personal activity tracking app for parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers.
-
It is intended for organisational and informational use only — to help you log, review, and spot patterns in your baby's care routine.
-
Rori is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
-
All data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any external server.
1. What Rori Does
Rori helps parents and caregivers of infants and young children record and review routine care activities. You can log:
- Feedings — breast, bottle, or formula, with volume and duration
- Sleep — naps and overnight sleep, with start time and duration
- Diapers — wet, dirty, or both, with timestamp
- Health records — temperature, weight, head circumference, and notes for your pediatrician
- Bath time and outfit changes
The Insights screen summarises your logs into a 7-day view so you can spot patterns in feeding frequency, sleep totals, and diaper counts without any manual effort.
2. Getting Started
2.1 Set Up a Baby Profile
When you first open Rori, you will be prompted to create a baby profile. Enter your baby's name, date of birth, and birth weight. You can optionally add a profile photo from your photo library. You can add multiple profiles and switch between them from the Profile tab.
2.2 Log an Activity
From the Home screen, tap any activity button (Feed, Sleep, Diaper, Health, etc.) to open the logging form for that activity. Fill in the relevant details and tap Save. The entry will appear on your Timeline immediately.
2.3 Review and Edit Logs
Open the Timeline tab to see all entries in reverse chronological order. Tap the menu icon on any entry to edit or delete it. All changes are saved locally to your device.
2.4 View Insights
Open the Insights tab to see a 7-day summary of your baby's feeding, sleep, and diaper activity. Tap any bar in a chart to see the exact value for that day.
3. Supported Devices and Software
Rori is available on iPhone running iOS 16 or later. An internet connection is not required to use the app. All features work fully offline.
